Pretty much every time a new fighting game has come out I've played it and wondered if I've lost my passion for FGs only to boot up something like AH3 and immediately realize no I do just hate how most modern games are designed.

Between 2XKO stopping development and AH3 coming back from the dead and all of the thinkpieces being said about fighting games, the FGC sure does love to post-hoc rationalize things that are just blatantly not true, like the idea that SF4 and SF5 were not made for casuals because they're hard.
