I heard y'day San Francisco / Silicon Valley are in a panic over the #AIBust and how overextended they all are on their mortgages. We chatted about how this happened to Japan and Hong Kong and how somehow they still keep trading houses & debts. I bet in the US they will just declare bankruptcy. 1/2
