When I was 3 or 4 my dad did the Northeast AIDSRide. It’s incredible that we’re reaching the point that, God willing, those rides won’t be necessary anymore within both of our lifetimes. Science is amazing.

Therefore, after boosting to #DavidSears, I proceeded to the camp site location to retrieve my gift. At which point, I was told: "Presently, we can't verify that you have completed 10 bike rides. However, after we have verified your participation; we will send you the charm / necklace in the mail. Well, after 7 years, my gift has arrived. Nope, not from the AIDS/Lifecycle Event …. Yet, from a very dear friend .... You see. Approximately 10 days ago, while sitting in a bar; an ole friend approached me. Friend: Tony, I was at the flee market. I saw something. It cost more than I wanted to spend. It reminded me of you. Tony: Even a leaf offered as a gift will be accepted. Thank you so much! It means a lot to me ...."
