The most ethical thing you can do concerning AI is to simply NOT USE IT. Save yourself the money. Save yourself the backlash, employ actual people to do translations and pay them a fair wage, instead of paying The richest people in the world way more than you'd be any individual to do the same work.

Also, a big part of risk is consequences. Sometimes you go something risky and end up paying for it when it doesn't go the way you hoped. Skateboarders don't claim they've been victimized when they nut check themselves on a railing failing to do a grind.

I can see that verification is an issue. Ok, fair. But at least say, AI is destroying author's livelihoods and we are going to do everything in our power to stop it. Say it's unacceptable to use it, at least.

now that there's been some time since then and I'm not in the midst of it anymore, it's kinda crazy that I chose to quit the best paying job and the biggest role I've ever had so far. I'm so glad I managed to build up the confidence to do so, it was a hard decision but the right one for me.

“ACA isn’t enough we need Medicare for All” well now millions are about to be without insurance and the people that do have it will be paying double to triple the cost.

Data centers also are the war budget. Without them the digital economy ceases to exist, taking with it trillions in tax revenue. Force Muscovites back to cash and russians will do what they do best, avoid paying taxes because there isn't a paper(less) trail.
