The USDA could very easily make this an interactive map, easier to see precise forest amenities being targeted— but instead they trotted out a PDF map that doesn’t show much (other than raw greed).
Someone should FOIA the ESRI geodatabase and ArcPro geoprocessing steps used to make these maps.
