I like these badges better than the conferences where the badges are either hobbies (knitter/golfer/yogi etc) or humorous ('need coffee' 'cat lady'). The badges at ##asme2025 help improve interactions and will undoubtedly continue to be used by attendees.

Four practical prompts! Margaret makes the point that both trainers and learners must learn how to manage increased doubt, and learn *how* to assess what 'good' looks like. Explicitly. Beyond 'I know when I see it' or other reflexive methods that can embed bias. #asme2025 #MedEd #MedSky
