... yeah i spent *hours* yesterday trying to configure Secure Boot because "Load default Secure Boot keys" on this ASRockRack motherboard apparently equals "delete all secure boot keys and return to secure boot Setup Mode". The manual's suggestions did not help. But it works now.

looking at the asrockrack leak, seems it does have some interesting stuff, factory aging/diag test stuff including nvidia mods/etc (latest one i found for that being ~3 months old, 2025-10-31)

when the heatsink is 3mm too tall for a 3u chassis, make it a bit shorter by bending the heatpipes just a little.
