As a full-time clinical safety officer, the current push to adopt LLMs in healthcare settings is pretty unsettling. In AvTs, 'Human in the loop will review output & catch errors' and 'This saves clinician time' are not mutually exclusive, but it cuts pretty close. The research is welcome.

Yeah, Ukraine's campaign since Jan 2026 has systematically targeted AVT (atmospheric vacuum distillation) units —> the irreplaceable heart of a refinery. Partially hit AVTs may still be able to produce Euro-2 fuel which was forbidden in 2013!
