The Fifth Circuit just told millions of women that three judges know better than the FDA, their doctors, and 25 years of evidence. They don't.

This restriction on medication abortion is a nationwide abortion restriction, full stop.

A recent court ruling has banned sending mifepristone (abortion pill) through the mail. It is more important than even that women be aware of abortion laws in their states.

A federal appeals court has restricted access to one of the most common means of abortion in the U.S. by blocking the mailing of mifepristone.

It looks like a ballot initiative to restore legal abortion in Idaho will happen! The group Idahoans United for Women and Families has reached its signature goals in 19 legislative districts, and counties have officially processed 95% of the 104,000 signatures gathered.

Attacks on women's bodily autonomy haven't stopped — they just stopped making the front page.

"Before You" is a short film (15 mins, available at link) that follows a couple dealing with the grief of ending a complicated planned pregnancy. The film has been selected by several Oscar-qualifying festivals.

"The Price of Safety: Stories of Abortions Denied, Careers Disrupted, and States Left Behind" details the human and economic toll of abortion bans. The anthology uses stories from patients, doctors, business leaders, and others to show the real-world consequences of abortion bans.
