The Fifth Circuit just told millions of women that three judges know better than the FDA, their doctors, and 25 years of evidence. They don't.

This restriction on medication abortion is a nationwide abortion restriction, full stop.

I have no intention of letting this stand.

A federal appeals court has restricted access to one of the most common means of abortion in the U.S. by blocking the mailing of mifepristone.

It looks like a ballot initiative to restore legal abortion in Idaho will happen! The group Idahoans United for Women and Families has reached its signature goals in 19 legislative districts, and counties have officially processed 95% of the 104,000 signatures gathered.

"Anti-abortion advocates aim to confuse women by promoting ‘abortion reversal,’ [which]...lacks credible scientific support. Quite simply, there is no ethical way to design an abortion reversal study. Meanwhile, we have 25 years of evidence proving that medication abortion is safe and effective."

Yesterday the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that the state’s abortion ban violated the state constitution’s healthcare freedom amendment, originally an anti-ACA provision that established a rt to make health care decisions.
