Spironolactone is 1 of my 2 blood pressure 💊s.

Hopefully it cancels out alleged ⬆️ Alzheimer's &/or dementia risk from Zyrtec (cetirizine) &/or Singulair (montelukast) because I would immensely prefer 💊s over Flonase nasal spray ( #ActuallyAutistic sensory issue w/ spraying inside nose).
Mainstream medicine completely forgot other hormones bind to the MR. Huge TriNetX database analysis of heart failure cohorts shows spironolactone use drops Alzheimer's risk by 18% and dementia by 9% over 3 years. It is a protective tissue shield crossing the BBB, not just a water pill. #rs5522

I’m almost 62. Yesterday, I stood up for myself, for the first time in my life. It was terrifying and draining.

On a related note, it was a lot easier, and a lot faster, to regulate my emotions afterwards, when I wasn’t prioritizing the other person’s emotions.

After I lost a hospital lab contract for #ActuallyAutistic panic attacks in late March 2016

(contract required blood collection, which I hadn't done in 5 years bc full-time job is lab testing, not phlebotomy),

I stayed in my car or in homeless shelters in Colorado before I could make it to NJ.
