So a government can break promises & lie, over a decade, violate one of the main requirements of offsets, additionality, & then practice extortion to deliver a national park, that the public will still end up paying most of the costs for, & it’s all sweet & the Greens are the real troublemakers.

Let's be clear. If the EU relaxes additionality and counts #hydrogen made from grid power as green, it increases demand for coal and gas when there's no wind or sun. It's much worse for the climate than just using fossil jet. Just bin the whole RFNBO nonsense.

And more importantly, it destroys the "additionality" BS argument. China is still building coal power and burning coal. But it is doing this as a transition and backup generation. I'm pretty confident before long energy storage will start to eat away at coal powers function and backup source too.
