Rotavirus & Adenovirus Antigen Rapid Test Cassette: Sizing Orders and Verifying Claims
Rotavirus & Adenovirus Antigen Rapid Test Cassette (Colloidal Gold) Stool-based rapid antigen testing sits between clinical workflow and consumable supply planning. Pack configuration is the first procurement decision. The Rotavirus & Adenovirus Antigen Rapid Test Cassette (Colloidal Gold) is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. It provides qualitative detection of rotavirus antigen and adenovirus antigen in human feces, intended as a screening aid rather than a standalone diagnosis. Guoke Medical lists the product under code GKPD041 with pack sizes of 1, 10, 20, 25, 40, or 50 tests per box. The supplied text marks it for professional use only and requires results to be read alongside other clinical information available to the physician.

Is there any evidence? No. This is a letter, linkinghub.elsevier...., expressing concern about a past failed vaccine design, a vaccine against HIV!

The Lancet paper was written because some people feared adenovirus-based COVID vaccines might cause a vulnerability.

Soon-Shiong didn't cure diabetes. He pioneered islet cell transplants, which can relieve symptoms of Type I diabetes for a while, sometimes years, but the islet cells always fade eventually. His alternative to mRNA is an adenovirus-based vaccine, interesting but based on familiar technology.

Adenovirus vaccines were abandoned in favor of mRNA-based vaccines (Moderna or Pfizer)

There actually was a rare issue (very rare) only with the first vaccines that used a modified adenovirus, such as AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, but not with the mRNA vaccines like Pfizer and Moderna.

What this gives us is a clear explanation for why this clotting happened in some people and not most others. It also gives vaccine researchers a clearer target to avoid when designing future adenovirus-based vaccines.
