The Austin Kimberley and Tasman were two ADO17 based cars designed and built by Leyland Australia in the early 1970s, replacing the old 1800. They used Leyland’s 2.2 straight six. Both were replaced by the ill-fated P76.

They never sold anywhere near as well as BMC had hoped, but the ADO17 cars were pretty nice pieces overall. Here's a deep dive into the luxury Landcrab, the Wolseley 18/85, and its short-lived successor, the Wolseley Six.
