Being trans is great, regardless of your age, you have a great excuse to do the things you never got go in your childhood/adolesence because you were forced to experience the wrong one. “I am doing this for my inner child,“ says the 54 year old putting stickers up around her bedroom. 😁

Getting to see these three goobers live is definitely going to be a core memory. Game Grumps got me through the later half of adolesence and carried me into adulthood, and I had the first Starbomb album preordered day 1. NSP and Ninja Brian being there were the cherry on top.

Getting to see these three goobers live is definitely going to be a core memory. Game Grumps got me through the later half of adolesence and carried me into adulthood, and I had the first Starbomb album preordered day 1. NSP and Ninja Brian being there were the cherry on top.

I'm excited at the prospect of journaling again, because so much of my adolesence I journaled online - LiveJournal, Xanga, Tumblr. I think in some ways it helped me regulate when I didn't have a lot of outlets. It'll be nice to do it again, but in a way that doesn't feel so exposed.

I understand your boundary and will endeavor to observe it moving foreward, I was unaware it was a pain point and I apologize.
In similar fashion it did actually hurt a bit to be told I hadn't developed sense adolesence, that felt like far too sharp a retort for what was going on.

I still enjoy the 1st two Pink Floyd albums, but these days I'm somewhat embarassed by how much of my adolesence was spent staring into space while listening to their later stuff.
But this week I watched 2 movies for which they composed scores.
MORE was pretty bad. ZABRISKIE POINT was worse.

BARE MINIMUM: One of the kids will quit (adolesence is unpredictable AF), or even one of the adults, there'll be an "industry problem;" J.K. will make trouble again, the scheduling will go off rails, problems will pile up, every delay makes people care less and less, etc. It's a question of when.

So true. It’s like they are trapped in adolesence. One thing that’s not spoken of enough is the amount of illicit drug use in this country. Much of it starts with people in middle school. There’s a reason why big Pharma and the Mexican drug cartels are so rich.
