In 1992 (the year Hoi was published), Team Hoi made the first advergame in the Netherlands, featured in a 75-second Calvé peanut-butter TV commercial.
Subsequently, kids could win their height in stacked peanutbutter jars by playing the game in a Dutch children's TV show called Telekids. 🙂

Back in the mid-1990s, between working on #MoonChild, I made this concept mockup for a Breakout-type OMO laundry detergent advergame. 🙂 The project was not executed, but I kept the mockup.

Lots of similarities with the Moon Child sprites. The black cartoon outline was my style at the time, and the deadline was tight.
