There's some tools that I use for software development that fit the bill.

AgentRansack is an incredibly powerful and useful search utility for Windows. Beyond Compare is truly beyond compare for 3 way merges. They aren't ugly but they're not pretty either, but that's ok. They're a tool first.

Agent Ransack > Windows search. It's 100% free, even for commercial uses, and it's everything a file search should be.

ça permets de faire de la recherche avancée, plusieurs modes de recherche possible avec regex, sans regex, recherche texte + type(s) de fichiers.
