Random "biker" sim... forgot recorded few months ago LOL. "interesting" is uh a word I can use here... and yes they were real people not bots lol (minus the creepy ai mesh things)

New wifi router was 3x more $ than the old one, and aside from it working correctly the performance feels the same.
So, if you're looking to upgrade from a RT-AX3000 to say a GS-BE12000, it's somehow probably not worth it.

I wish Asus AiMesh was easier to set up. This easy set up wizard that's supposed to make it brain dead easy fails all the time and has poorly translated instructions in the first place. A nice command line tool or at least a gui where I can type in settings would go a long way to making it better.

I’ve been using TP-Link Archer T4U Plus adapter for my desktop PC (too far too use Ethernet, no on-board WiFi) and it’s been an unstable PoS the whole time. Finally I dug out my Asus router from 2014(!) and added it as a node to the AiMesh network and connected the PC to that (via Ethernet). Works 👍🏻

Ja mam doma staršie Asusy z radu ZEN. Akurát už majú > 5 rokov, takze bez security update. Preto som nedavno dal na WAN stranu Ubiquiti UCG-Ultra a asusy su posunute až za neho v AP AIMesh mode. Je to bezpečnejšie a funguje uplne stabilne.
