What everyone is missing about what I'm saying is that Twitter made deliberate investments in, say, the Middle East, and Africa.

Have no idea WTF he is on about, but I have actually helped settled some fights in Africa and based on my extensive experience, there’s only one thing that settles these fights, and it’s not diplomacy. Al-Qaeda, Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, et al… none care about what any of us have to say.
