Looks like they plan to add ~50 secure (by card access) bike parking spaces beside the ferry terminal, with lockers + washrooms, bike repair station. Woah!

HRM staff can borrow e-bikes at Alderney and Scotia Square (not the same as public but good!). I have used them between offices for meetings and for lunch exercise :) I know one of the compliance folks uses one almost exclusively too!

Can something be done about the light timings on Alderney?
When I take an express that passes thru at 06h15~06h30 (which is already late by then), it keeps needing to stop at every-single-light between King & North, just because. There's no people, no cars coming from the side, yet we wait.
