Allanwater Homes has broken ground on a new development in Glenrothes in Fife. Nineteen new energy efficient homes will be built on the greenfield site on Caskieberran Road. The Bridge of Allan based housebuilder plans to build a selection of two-bedroom apartments, together with new styles of three bedroom terraced and semi-detached family homes. All properties at the development, which will be marketed as Allanwater Caskieberran, will offer buyers energy efficient living, with a B Rating for efficiency.
