I'm judging my own addiction to consumption and convenience. I have the privilege of not having to rely on Amazon.

I don't buy books from them any longer, but Amazon Prime got me. When l lived in Philly, I did AmazonFresh. I used them for health, beauty, and household stuff...

I don't have to!

配達の人が玄関の中まで入れてくれて助かる！

野菜は1日の半分、タンパク質は20gとれるらしい。

今日はAmazonFreshが家に来た。
松葉杖🩼はとれてないけれども
だいぶん回復しているのか、
搬入が楽になってきた。

右の脛だけが冷えて痛むのでレッグウォーマーにカイロ貼っているのが
変な感じ。

蒸し炒めした。
米を切らしていて、
AmazonFreshの到着待ちだったので
遅めの朝食になった。

米やトイレットペーパー等の重くてかさばる者の補充時には
ついネトスパを使ってしまいがち。

朝、臀筋の痛みで目が覚めた。
手術をしたのは股関節のはずなのに、
膝も痛いし頭痛はするし、
ヘトヘト。

冷水麺の雑な飯mgmg
Amazonfreshで ペットボトル入りの
揚げ玉を見つけた！
これは保管に便利だ！！

豚肉と小松菜とキャベツを炒めてmgmg

AmazonFreshの配達が
07:30に来た。約束の時間は
08:00〜10:00なのだが、
フライングしないと全部を配りきれないんだろうね。

通信欄に早目に到着した場合で
あっても呼び鈴を鳴らして、、と
書いておいたので、早目に商品は受け取れるし呼び鈴押して到着を
教えてもらえて感謝。

流水麺＋カット生野菜＋練り物mgmg

午前中、Amazonfreshの受取りをした。重たいものを持ち上げたタイミングで膝をぐぎってやってしまい、
鎮痛剤を飲んだけれども ずっと痛い。

昼過ぎまで 空腹だし動けないし、と
もどかしい時間を過ごした。

昨日、鍼治療をして
身体はほぐれたのだけれと、
まだ非常に眠い。ジムでの運動は短めにして切り上げてきた。

肉200gとカット野菜炒めmgmg
茶碗洗いたくなくてラップを被せた。考えつく物ぐさはやってみる派。

米が尽きてしまってAmazonFreshに持ってきてもらった。当日配送の枠が空いててラッキーだった。

冷凍弁当mgmg
今日は朝いちでAmazonFreshで
1週間分の食材を受け取った。

水出しで麦茶などを作りたいが、
キッチンに極力たちたくないため
ペットボトルの紅茶を箱買いして
玄関のたたきに置きっぱなしになっている。

鎮痛剤(ボルタレン)のおかげで、
先週よりは楽だけれども
痛みがとれるのは
梅雨明けまで無理だろうなあ

☔が色々と辛すぎる。

電子レンジを使う気力はなく、
AmazonFreshが来るまで、
ベースブレッドを食べてしのぐ。
杖歩行の私を見て、
配達の人が家の中まで
荷物を入れてくれてありがたい。

手術した股関節だけでなく、
膝や頭も痛くなってしまい
膝は温めると楽になるので、
カイロと湿布を貼っている。

朝にAmazonFreshに来てもらった。
来てもらった日にはカット野菜が手に入るので、流水麺とカット野菜の
食事で済ませてる。
(素麺は茹でるのが面倒臭い)

まだ杖歩行で買い物で荷物を
持てないので宅配頼みの日々は続く。

しかし杖が取れても
この猛暑で外出の気力も失せてるので、同じ結果になると思われる。

(大腿部頸部骨折) #昼食

午前中にAmazonFreshと
入院時の荷物の配達の受取があった。

流水麺とカット野菜の昼食。
氷代わりに冷凍の枝豆をつかった。
タンパク質を補えるし、
つゆが冷えて便利だった。

毎回、退院して1週間はかなり眠い。
自宅なので、音を出して音楽を聴いたり歌ったり出来るのがよい。
スポーツができない分、音楽をしたい
