Love to take androgen blockers to make myself manly
Cis people love gender affirming care when it's for themselves

A prerequisite to getting your anti-androgen shot is to be as cunty as possible

spiro is a good anti androgen because it gets the new blood into both orgasm denial and piss

Every day, the stories from the UK read like a dystopian novel.

Good Boys who swallow when they're told.

Especially when their tongues are holding estrogen and an anti-androgen.

Well, they won't be Good "Boys" for long~

I have androgen heavy PCOS. This means if you took my hormone levels, I'm not "typical" for estrogen and could possibly, by some definitions, not compete in certain sporting events.

Any biological definition they come up with for womanhood? Doesn't encapsulate womanhood.

Ever.

It's bullshit.

So SrY defined masculinity.
Then.. it was found out that some men didn’t have an SrY chromosome, not anywhere. Some women did. Other genes were involved. Worse, other factors, such as Androgen Insensitivity made 46,XY people female, and Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia masculinised 46,XX people.

establishing a Handler as worse than all the others by having her give her Hound a low-dose E high-dose anti-androgen HRT regimen

"the people who are misgendering me in person just aren't looking, but the people who are diagnosing androgen insensitivity syndrome from internet pictures are on firmer footing"
just the most incredible brain to swerve this hard this fast and not collapse in on itself like a dying star

So anyway where does medical science draw the line between mild androgen insensitivity and just kind of being a twink for no reason
April 3, 2025 at 2:50 PM
i read the policy document and it is baaaaaaaaaad. like, *bad* bad. as in ‘theyre defining “Biological Male” as “has an SRY gene and not *Complete* Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome”’ bad
March 26, 2026 at 3:56 PM
Conditions like Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS) can result in someone with XY chromosomes developing typically female characteristics due to non-responsive androgen receptors. 5/

Go ahead.

Talk to me about high androgen/testosterone making you not a woman. Let's go.

You fucking weirdos.

Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome is way more common than people realize.

At the most basic level we can only measure androgen levels in the blood and not at the tissue level, where the androgen effect is expected to occur.

The @worldathletics.org sex test policy is unscientific and impossible to implement!!!

I'm a boy in a "taking estrogen and androgen blockers" kind of way
April 3, 2025 at 2:49 AM

People with androgen insensitivity syndrome...respond to testosterone...in ways typical to men...
Frantically revising the piece to come up with new ways to be wrong
August 1, 2024 at 8:04 PM
being on a 3-month anti-androgen injection cycle and t-gel really can make the last week of that cycle a wild ride
September 15, 2025 at 4:07 PM

does this look like a girl to you?
January 16, 2025 at 10:31 PM
'Some people are born with androgen insensitivity syndrome – if they have complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, their testosterone has no effect on sex development.'
Correct.
They are eligible for the women's category.
