I think an anti-environment is basically when you change something normal enough that you finally notice how much control it had over you. Like if I deleted TikTok for a week, I would probably notice how often I automatically reach for my phone without even thinking about it. #hwa2 #antienvironment

It was cool to incorperate different voice filters based on where I saw fit, and I felt myself crawling into the antienvironment in both the process of making this audio, and listening to it after.

Medium that has become so "normal" in my life is texting and Instagram. This creates a sense of immediacy and a habit of performance. Without it, who am I really?
