I was glad to hear aprocitentan mentioned on the most episode of @thecurbsiders.bsky.social with @jordybc.bsky.social! I wrote a treatment update on it a little while back, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to plug my work. It's good to see resistant hypertension covered so comprehensively.

Aprocitentan was licensed - www.nephjc.com/news/aprocit... - though their trial design was fantastic

I do expect these (also Lorundrostat) to get licensed

I will not use them over spironolactone however 🤷🏽‍♂️
