Kajaran region and somehow Kapan (further south) show relatively higher turnout: some 'problems' for My Step Alliance? In Kapan there was a local elections recently where My Step lost. Btw, the industrial Kajaran used to be a stronghold of HHK.

That is why #1 party of #Armvote18, namely the Republican Party of Armenia, is very unhappy that they can't use criminal elements during the elections as one of their major tool of boosting the turnout and their votes.

Indeed, I far as I heard today, the people who allegedly are being forced to leave the country prior to #Armvote18 are various criminal elements who have influence in local & regional level and they are being urged not to interfere with the electoral process.
