INSULINDIAN PHASMID - That must be incredibly hard. The arthropods are in silent and meaningless awe of you. Know that we are watching -- when you're tired, when the vision spins out of control. The insects will be looking on. Rooting for you.

me: i only fuck arthropods, slugs, sometimes amoebas...

gwendolen: when have you ever fucked an amoeba?

me: i was quite attracted to the one they made of Wolf Link

Trilobites had many lifestyles: some moved over the ocean bed as predators, scavengers or filter feeders & some swam, feeding on plankton. Most lifestyles expected of modern marine arthropods are seen in trilobites, with the possible exception of parasitism.

nodding agreeing with a post about environmental protection focusing on arthropods. notice op made a follow up post. "for example destroying a wasp nest without a permit should be illegal" man come on 😭
tumblr discourse cycles always end up landing on like the most over simplified versions of things… it’s going through like a protect bugs wave whixh is great but it occasionally turns into Americans/canadians browbeating people who live in areas with tropical diseases about not liking mosquitoes

Many species of arthropods will see females eating and killing the males after mating. Leda took initiative

The Impact of Ants and Vertebrate Predators on Arthropods and Plants: A Meta‐Analysis
We analyzed 486 global datasets to assess how the absence of predators affects predatory and herbivorous arthropods, arthropod richness, and plant damage. Vertebrate predator removal increased predat...

Evolutions keep the themes consistent while also iterating; Traffikrab can turn into one of two flavors of traffic control arthropods, for example, and Bansheep can double-down on being a ghost, or can become a grave-haunting zombie.

No, that's cicadas.

Cenobites are fossils of arthropods from the Cambrian period.
no Cenobites partying on our street this year. they're cyclical, I hear, some kind of once-a-decade thing.

so yeah, there's only the usual agonised screaming. which is good, we could all use a break.
