Exactly. Even if Smith had been in Atlanta at a Hawks game, that would not prove he met with Fani Willis (or any of the other 6.5 million inhabitants of the Atlanta metro area, for that matter). It would only prove he enjoys basketball enough to attend a game in Atlanta. That’s not a crime (yet).
