You gotta think that long term - if they can integrate the products together - this could be a compelling offering for many current Atypon customers.

That too is because of market consolidation (Wiley buying Atypon for example) and the push to cut costs. Ie There’s not that many places a society can use as a vendor, which proves my point. And if these trends continue then some societies will close.
