it would actually be worse than dead letter law, because UPs cost way more and take way more time and it would be idiotic if for housing projects they were not actually distinct from AUPs

If you are still in the area in November, Aups has a truffle market and restaurants that put truffles on everything for a reasonable price. I lived in 83 for a number of years and enjoyed exploring the area.

Frankly, any and all UCHISPs should have sitewide AUPs that mirror and enforce against the behaviours of the blocklists I curate. The accounts listed should have been warned and possibly suspended for their behaviour. It should be professional work done by employees.

Actually the SV oligarchs who are into fascism now really did hate DEI because we were loud and did things like launch employee petitions to set ethical standards in AUPs for products, limit exploitation of employees, and demanded that sophomoric bigoted humor be excised from the workplace.
