Aviation News – Australia has received its first MC-55A Peregrine intelligence aircraft, with the platform arriving at RAAF Base Edinburgh in South Australia. The delivery marks a major bolt-on enhancement to the Royal Australian Air Force’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities. The aircraft arrived on 22 January 2026 after departing the L3Harris facility in Greenville, South Carolina, and transiting via Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii.
