Therapist said I’m experiencing #autisticgrief for the first time since my diagnosis. I didn’t realize I was masking before but Saturday I went nonverbal, and it shook me. She said I’m more aware of how my brain handles stress now. Instead of masking, it just shuts down. 🥺😩
