Autististic are diverse. Everyone have some things better, some not so good. E.G. Some have good memory skills. If social situations are not a strong point, let people opt out of them. If empathising isn't your thing it doesn't make you bad. Support not stigmatise.

Woah that Congress thing. I'm good at masking myself (not autististic) and whooo did I avoid in traditional therapy for years. I'm in a much better place now to engage fully and honestly.
