Once Trump fully controls—not in the usual way, but in the would-support-a-future-autocoup way—the USIC, USAF, and DOJ, and Musk has excised from government service anyone in any Department who would oppose an autocoup (Maye Musk indirectly implied nonwhites and women may be targeted), it happens.

Americans don’t really experience it this way, but I continue to see this war as essentially an autocoup, in that the President has claimed imperial power over war-making, which is expressly not given to him under the Constitution.
