Was sind virale #Triggerinfektionen?

Kurzum: Infektionen mit Viren, die #MECFS auslösen können.

Hier eine Übersicht nach Häufigkeit der Auslöser:

Platz 1) SARS-CoV-2 (seit ca. 2022/2023) (häufigster einzelner viraler Trigger):
In vielen Kliniken ist SARS-CoV-2 heute der häufigste Grund
Sharepic im Posterformat. Über einer Grafik, worauf eine Person Maske trägt, ringsum mit Viren und Tröpfchen, der Schriftzug "Schütze dich vor viralen Trigger-Infektionen", unterhalb der Grafik "ME/CFS wird hauptsächlich durch virale Infektionen* ausgelöst. Schütz dich! Trag FFP2-Masken!", hierunter in kleinerem Text: "70-90% der ME/CFS-Fälle werden von Patienten und in prospektiven Studien als akut nach einer viralen Infektion beschrieben"
