Playing Starfinder with @sketching101.bsky.social @d20diaries.bsky.social @mkimmel.bsky.social and @kitsunewarlock.bsky.social 2 minutes in my badass azrinaran elf envoy arms dealer already got caught cheating at Absalom ante and I blew my hero point on a reroll with a result of 2. Seems promising.

Irisse, my Azrinaran Elf Solarian. She's a fashion designer who worked on Apostae's armor designs and is currently a field consultant for the Starfinder Society.

Starfinder Fun Fact! Two days in a row! The azrinaran elves (void elves), have a cultural fashion trend of using mood reactive skin augmentations! If they're the classic deep blue/purple they're calm, despite that they might be ordering you to be sacrificed to a demon lord for a good quarter.

Pahtra and Azrinaran Elves: "Nice planet you got there. Be a shame if it seceded and joined the Pact Worlds..."

Azrinaran elves got their first lore updates and rebrand facts back in Galaxy Guide; no mention of them in the blurb or on the cover (like the izaalguun sneaking in a stealth announcement there) but we still got six months of leaks and reveals to find out whether we got our Aubergine Elves in it
Are there drow in it?

Now the big ones, the Darklands folk.

Drow are gone thanks to the Remaster, closest we're getting is the Azrinaran Elves in Starfinder.

Duregar are now Hryngar, and Deep Gnomes are Drathnelar. If we ever get a Darklands revisit I'd maybe see them as heritages.

How are they taking the whole Azrinaran Elf thing? Since "drow" are longer a thing? Upside, you get mood skin.

Parece ser que han "resucitado" a los Drows en Starfinder. Ahora son los Azrinaran. De momento, en Starfinder, veremos a ver en el resto.

Azrinaran elves, to get real specific (now that we got Galaxy Guide)

Starfinder: Afterlight Reveals the Minister of Flesh
Starfinder: Afterlight Reveals the Minister of Flesh
Epictellers Entertainment released a new character reveal trailer for its upcoming cRPG Starfinder: Afterlight. The latest video introduces Velkan Droth, a villain known as the Minister of Flesh. Acting as the primary antagonist for the game's first two acts and voiced by Christopher Tester, Velkan is an Azrinaran Elf from Apostae who works for a powerful patron and lures players into his elaborate and sadistic games. He has a traumatic past and twisted beliefs, and kills his target in elaborate ways at the behest of a voice only he can hear, being particularly fixated on companion character Sterling. Starfinder: Afterlight is set in Paizo’s Starfinder tabletop RPG universe and is planned to release on Early Access for PC later this year. The game features turn-based combat based on the rules of Starfinder Second Edition. It lets players assemble and lead a crew of misfits, each with their own stories and moral dilemmas. They venture into the Pact Worlds, discovering cosmic wonders and facing a threat that looms over the entire galaxy, with the game billed as featuring a branching narrative with hundreds of unique paths based on the player’s choices.   The post Starfinder: Afterlight Reveals the Minister of Flesh appeared first on RPGamer.

I wonder if azrinaran elves are like Cheliax in the sense of viewing nephilim children as a sign of weakness in the face of fiends or as a blessing due to the whole demon lord state religion stuff
