Yes, the Themis and Barbri questions are harder. No, not every question on the exam is going to be an essay long fact pattern on some niche med mal issue. They do this purely for coverage. The goal is to see it, note it, and move on.

I just found out BARBRI uses Affirm for monthly payment plans and that seems particularly evil.

Almost as nice as saving the money is having the mental load of "should I go with Barbri, Themis, or Kaplan?" gone since "Kaplan's free and the others cost $$$$" makes that decision very easy.
