Since I got a dog, I've been exploring a lot more public lands that are pet-friendly. For Goose's 2nd birthday, he got #BarkRanger certified at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument and then went for a swim in the river (his fav)!

🌎 All aboard! Yonder was at the restored depot in Thurmond, West Virginia, for this #WITWW photo. By the 1920s, 15 passenger trains a day rolled through this once-bustling coal town. Today, it's preserved as part of New River Gorge National Park and Preserve.

It’s been a while since Mom M has taken me to work in the field but I’m back! This morning we collected acorns! They will be sown this fall and grow into trees that will be planted back into natural areas for restoration! #barkranger
