Again, a set up. It’s not a total lie: SA has Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), and rightly so. But the applicant does not have to be black, he only has to involve locals who do meet requirements. We can debate BBBEE but do we need the likes of him? For once I agree with our Govt!
