Since the NDP was elected, the average hourly wage in BC (including the equivalent for workers earning a salary) has risen faster than in any other province. It's now the highest of all the provinces. And that's taking inflation into account.

If you're a Canadian worker, there's no better place than BC to do an hour's labour for an hour's pay. Since 2024 BC has boasted the highest hourly wage of any province (incl. imputed hourly pay for salaried staff). BC passed SK in 2019, Ont in 2023, and Alta in 2024. #bcpoli /2
