If you have any muscle relaxers, they’re great sleep aids. Or you can get some otc like melatonin. I can take pain pills easily during day w/o grogginess, but if I take one before bed I’ll fall right out, lol. But then I always wake up in 4 hrs. like my body knows when they’ve worn off lol
