#BNP,the
Just before the 2010 election, I heard an interview with a BNP guy by Stephen Nolan on 5Live.
Nolan started the interview by saying he wouldn't be asking about immigration but the other BNP policies.
BNP guy was floored and babbled nonsense for 10 minutes.
The BBC should try the tactic with Farage.

David Prior
John Black
George Parnell

All on the BNP list, all Reform UK candidates.

Bears repeating that Lowe's position on remigration is to the right of the BNP in the 2000s. And the Telegraph is giving him softball interviews.
Just The Telegraph seeing how far they can push the conversation to the right.

Given the party's refusal to act on Pochin's brazen racism, it should be as socially unacceptable to vote for Reform as it was in the early 2000s to vote for the BNP.

And we should be prepared to say this to people's faces.

There is nothing separating Lowe from the positions and rhetoric of the BNP or National Front.

Matt Goodwin’s stance on migration is pretty much indistinguishable from that of the BNP in the past 1990s and not a million miles from that of the NF in the 1970s.
Matt Goodwin attributes a crime that he now knows appears to have been committed by people born in Britain in the early 1990s to "mass uncontrolled immigration"

Straightforwardly BNP-level rhetoric on "remigration" in the Telegraph (endorsed, as @rolandmcs.bsky.social points out, by Daniel Hannan).

I knew I had seen a similar thing somewhere before

Labour is a far right party

The Opposition and the party that’s leading in the polls literally have policies more extreme than the BNP 20 years ago
David is slightly unfair. There is a clear difference here.

Conservatives and Reform plan to forcibly expel large numbers of people who are legal, permanent residents of migrant origin. The BNP proposal is voluntary.
This below is from the 2005 BNP manifesto.

Spot the difference with current Tory and Reform policy.

Who, I wonder, is too racist for the BBC now? This is the language of the NF and the BNP, neither of which were invited on to the sofa to chat politics. Racism spreads when institutions legitimise it
Got to be one of the most inflammatory statements ever broadcast on the BBC, let alone a current affairs show. Apparently, there’s a ‘regime’ that for ‘30 years’ has been operating against the interests of whites.

Another day in the degeneration of British politics. Policies which are more extreme than the 2010 BNP manifesto being bandied around as if they were worthy of consideration and respect.
Rupert Lowe MP confirms that his position is no refugees + negative net migration, "including deporting a very large share of legal and settled migrants"

From what I can see, the Telegraph is giving a full uncritical online platform to an immigration policy that is more extreme than that offered up by the neo-Nazi British National Party at the 2010 general election - general-election-2010.co.uk/bnp-manifest...

Here's Alex McGonigle the Reform UK candidate in Louth Wolds, Lincolnshire in May. He's showing a supporter with his 'homemade' Reform UK sign.

It's actually a recycled BNP posterboard.

The 'supporter' is former BNP candidate John Hattersley (he's even on the wikileaks BNP membership list).

BNP, UKIP, Brexit Party, ReformUK.

All the same, just a different logo.

He's right of course.

The pages of the Telegraph, the Spectator, GBNews, right-wing "thinktanks" are increasingly dominated by bigots and racists like Murray whose reasoning and objectives are no different from the BNP of the 1990s.

BNP PARIBAS: “.. The Fed is likely hiking rates whether oil goes up, down, or sideways. ..

.. pricing behavior in non-shelter core services has change versus that prior to the pandemic, and that inflation in this category has become more entrenched and momentum-driven.”

Yes. The old argument that you get these people on mainstream shows to expose them, like Nick Griffin from the BNP… that doesn’t work in a political culture that has rejected accountability, honesty and shame.

Labour are finally delivering on the election promises made by the BNP.

Reform accused of 'copying BNP campaign tactic' - and now face police probe
A former leading strategist for the BNP has hit out at Reform, accusing them of lifting their infamous 'Granny Letter' campaign tactic.

Humiliating defeat for Rupert Lowe’s Restore party. Less popular than the BNP. Really goes to show how that algorithm over on Twitter over-inflates relevance.

Two questions to every Con MP, frontbencher and source should be:
1. Why do you have a Idi Amin style immigration policy more extreme than the BNP?
2. Why do you keep lying about having a Idi Amin style immigration policy more extreme than the BNP?
Cons claimed in both May and in October they had proposed "new powers" to revoke ILR

That is a misrepresentation: the bill simply strips anybody of ILR if they ever access any state support, or earn < £38k + says Home Sec can never allow ILR by discretion

What is it with leftish Americans sounding off like the BNP when British food gets mentioned lol
I mean I guess in the same way that like... Mexican food is now American.

But I don't think anybody thinks chicken tikka masala is British.

That's Indian cuisine.

India was a British colony.

So the British did what they usually do and steal... But that's not British cuisine.
