Water, Mending and a Solarpunk Saturday: Your Bay Area Impact Week, October 12 to 18
Three things stand out this week. 9Zero runs two free evening sessions in the Financial District, one tonight on the skills gap where distributed energy meets data centers and one Thursday launching a water cluster with live reservoir data on screen. SPUR is in San José on Tuesday with a free, hybrid briefing on the state ballot measures. And Saturday is unusually good: a day-long solarpunk gathering on Broadway, a queer and trans volunteer morning at the Marin Headlands nursery, a sunset marsh walk on Bair Island, and Health In Harmony turning twenty at the Exploratorium.
Twenty-five events below. Twelve are free and open to anyone, and four more are free once your registration is approved.
