As we have long suspected refurbishment peaked at 2023.
The only troubling trend is BTR82, which is going from 300 to 500 units made. The rest are in steady decaline.

It appeared, that as of 2022 Ukraine was literally a military superpower compared to any (any!) of the European country. Yes, it was all soviet era and old as fuck, but all those t64bv, bmp-1, btr82, AD (s300, buk, osa), artillery, were in operation mode. The main problem was with ammo supply
