#BUSH43
My mom would be so happy about all this! She introduced me to Molly at home in the northeast in the 90s. And she was so mad that Bush43 was not only everything he was, but specifically that he’d beat Ann!

'Remember Obama', what? Are you referring to TARP?

TARP was passed by a Republican Congress and signed into law by Bush43 in October 2008, before the election.

Obama's job was to carry out that law. He did not pass it but people love to blame him for it.

Get the facts right.

The guy in charge of the FBI all through the Biden presidency - Christopher Wray - was APPOINTED BY TRUMP... James Comey was Deputy AG under Bush43, and refused to renew the unconstitutional en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stellar..., which was good enough for Obama to nominate him to run the FBI.

I paraphrase/simplify William Wohlforth's 1999 conclusions, in the Stability of a Unipolar World, as saying that the United States can remain the dominant world power for at least several decades unless we make stupid decisions. Then Bush43 and Trump came along and we're toast.

Retired presidents and VPs only get 10 years of retirement pay, starting with Bush43.

If Bush43 had a pair of b-llls he’d join chorus.
Former presidents are just roasting the hell out of the White House redo today and it’s going to drive Trump absolutely insane

john mc cain in 2008 was frequently saying, "finish the dang fence", which was the bush43 version of donold, sr.'s, big beautiful wall.

And he's got the numbers to back it up. A. Dropped Bush43's $4.09gal gas to $2.21gal gas. B.Sold a record 17.5M new cars. C. Put $12.6T on the S&P 500. D. Dropped the Unemployment rate from over 10% to 4.7%. I can go on for months.

This is a significant story about a highly credible victim who allegedly was raped by Donald Trump. Where is the legacy media?
The expanding evidence of his raping not as interesting as Hillary’s emails?

Former Miss Switzerland Accuses Trump of Rape
Beatrice Keul, a former Miss Switzerland, alleges that Trump raped her while she was in the U.S. for a pageant in 1993, according to House Judiciary Dems.

Panel 1. Obama beat Mr. DJT on gas. Obama lowered Bush43's $4.09/gal gas to $2.21. Panel 2: He had a National Average $1.89/gal. Panel 3: He had $1.51/gal gas in some areas. Panel 4: Obama also had a 75% increase in oil production V your 23%. So if he's not smart, then what does that make you?

Bush43 is rejoicing in the fact that he was replaced as "worst president in living memory" while he was still alive.

This is not AOC. This is Senator Slotkin, who multiple people on the left regularly get annoyed with for being too moderate. But even she has to do the eggshell deal. She has to "own" what she said. Shut up, you Bush43 enabling asshole. You are sane, but still leave something to be desired.

Watching #HighValueTarget with my wife and all these clips of Rumsfeld, Cheney, & Bush43 are extremely triggering.

My wife is calling me “Statler and Waldorf” because of my heckling.

The 'lower the temperature' rhetoric is cowardice, a betrayal of Constitutional Rule of Law.

Obama's failure to prosecute the Bush43 administration for its crimes is a direct line to the corruption and lawlessness that have become SOP for the US government under this regime.

Restore Rule of Law.
If Democrats take the House, and it’s looking very possible that we do… I want to hear about hearings and investigations that will
happen on Day 1. If I hear “lower the temperature” or in the interest of bipartisanship, or let’s move on…”
I will completely lose my shit.

Yup. I was surprised Bush43 gave in to steel company pressures for protectionism, because any improvements to their profits were dwarfed by the increased costs to American manufacturers that use steel, so it's a big loss to US competitiveness.
Less surprised by Trump, because he's an idiot and bully

at least they didn't kill her, yet, & as the bush43 white house did to another minnesota pol paul wellstone in 2002.
October 12, 2026 at 2:44 PM
they'd have to increase kirsten dunst's levels of whimsical mania in elizabethtown to point of unsustainability.
(i also hate how we've just let nathan rabin & our onion avclub betters run away from that bush43 era misogyny like it never happened.)
October 11, 2026 at 4:01 PM
going with WWII logic that a country rallies behind a president during war, benefited bush43 in 2004, LBJ would dispute that belief, trump thinks showing video game bombings makes him look powerful & he’s warped enough to say the country is at risk- martial law time
October 8, 2026 at 5:02 AM
i think you have hit on a concept that is poorly understood among voters. and not many things are more irritating than blue MAGA voters, who believe that their party alone holds the future of this God forsaken country.

it was Democrat business as usual that got us Bush43 and Trump...twice.

sars-cov-2, if it even happened, under hilllary would have come out about like sars-1 in 2003-04 under bush43. too many dead canadians, iranians, & italians, but no global shutdowns.

echo of this collapsing under bush43.

Glad to see Bush43 mentioned in the "Incompetent" column. We have long felt that VP Cheney was "adult supervision" for the C student.

If Bush43 was bad; boy howdy has Trump trumped that! Trump will be remembered as the worst President in U.S. history! Bar none.

(Vance might challenge that.)

Bush43 convinced me never to vote for any Republican for anything, even downballot, until the GOP cleans up their corruption.
Because school board people run for parks/library committees,
and those people run for city council,
and those people run for state leg,
and those people run for Congress.

his sole purpose on the SC was to usher in a repub autocracy, bush43 had nominated him to fill O’Connor’s place when CJ Rehnquist died, his nomination was upgraded at the insistence of the heritage foundation, long a foe of voting rights, but an ally of dark money-he’s an autocracy architect
