Started listening to a podcast about the allegations against Neil Gaiman only to have to backbutton when the host started saying consent doesn't make BDSM okay.
This kind of talk only further muddles the water and makes victims of abuse who consented to BDSM less likely to come forward.

This person is definitely a tourist because writing fic in first person will basically get you killed in some fandoms.
Even Y/N is considered backbutton worthy so a lot of writers do second person and come up with a nickname for the character or just don’t name her/him!

(Not about any of mine) Y'know, if a fic isn't doing it for you anymore the backbutton is right there, you don't need to say anything. It costs zero dollars/quids/currency of choice.
