The only one I know is a 78-year-old women with MS whose husband pays $14k/mo for understaffed nursing home. He is now broke and she will go on Medicaid in May. This is so wrong to bankruptcy someone bc of a medical condition. America sucks.

In 2007 during the housing crash, I lost my job and we ended up having to sell the house we’d owned for 1 year as we had to move states for my new job. We were underwater with no collateral without the house. A friend loaned us $14k to be paid back over 5 years. Woulda had bankruptcy or eviction.
The white person is more likely to own property or some kind of inheritance. They're more likely to have well-off relatives and connections. They're more likely to get a bank loan. Even if they don't earn a lot of money, they belong to a culture of Having Money. And that's wealth.

And that's just premiums. We have to be prepared to spend $14K/year for two of us for out of pocket costs (God forbid anything happens to us that costs that much) and that's in addition to my premiums. Its unsustainable. There's a reason that most bankruptcy in the US due to medical costs.

They bought OMAS's tooling and machines when OMAS went out of business a few years ago. So they're practically identical to OMAS nibs before OMAS went bankruptcy in 2016. So "in-house" nibs and not Jowo
