Basic Fantasy RPG's SRD is the best SRD i've ever seen. I'm really impressed by the way it integrates interactive tools (such as die rollers, query-able tables) with the game reference content.

I got into gaming with Covid outset. I picked up D&D from library - hated it - bought BasicFantasyRPG, loved it, my first proper rpg, after D100Dungeon

In the upcoming year, I'm planning on running some #OSR stuff, so I picked up a new copy of Basic Fantasy, my favorite flavor of OSR retroclone.

I already had a copy, but I couldn't resist the snazzy new cover (still cheap - US $16.95 hardcover)

Alas my halfling thief "Foo Shoe" died at the hands of WRAITHS! But he died rich with his thumbs up cause he had a significant chunk of the party treasure! The other players will have to face an extra, very short, wraith next time!
