gave the mongoose 2022 traveller core book a flip through today. Again, I think getting into ttrpgs with "osr" / rules-lite games has maybe ruined me. 250 big pages.
This game gets me more fired up with like 25 pages. Grab a sci fi random tables supplement and bam!

We’ve heard them all, you have nothing novel to add, and most of the bad behavior is from tourists and offworlders with alts they use to stand around Ul’dah, not actual Balmung players.

Nothing funnier than realizing in your worldbuilding you’ve essentially made belters/offworlders into East Coast kind but not nice.
So kinda fun moment of working onworld building. Started doing slang and voice for my space boys and ended up with this:
“Just fucking space me the next time I say something so dust-binned around him, he’s so fucking gravity trained I could pin myself against him and do self maintance all night”
