Best case is upstream traffic light timing creates gaps in general (automotive) traffic and cyclists have smooth wide flatish direct route; worst case is circuitous bikeroute cyclists must dismount, climb stairs or steep narrow ramp and wait for three separate traffic light controlled crossings.

#queenszoo needs to ditch these awful bike racks and install staple racks. This same amount of space could fit at least a dozen bikes, but the "wheel bender" rack is just space inefficient.

The majority of NYers are “outer borough,” a prejudicial term btw. “Greater boroughs” is one of the preferred terms for Bkly, Bx, SI, Qns. I am not a huge fan of AAdams, but her place of residence is not a disqualification. Thanks. #bikeqns
